What the specifications mean
The fork and rear shock need to be set up as a pair. If their sag or rebound settings are far apart, the front and rear of the bike can react very differently. The mixed-wheel layout uses different front and rear diameters, so tires, tubes, rims and spare wheels are not interchangeable end to end.
