What the specifications mean
The fork and rear shock need to be set up as a pair. If their sag or rebound settings are far apart, the front and rear of the bike can react very differently. The electric-assist system adds another maintenance layer, especially battery condition, charger compatibility, motor operation and any available diagnostic history. Wheel diameter changes with frame size rather than between the front and rear, so the size-specific specification is the one to use for tires, tubes and replacement wheels.
